如何增加主次版本号
How to use set revision with multi-component revision schemes

Requirements:
Two component revision scheme

   Numeric component(00-99)
   Alpha component(A,B,C,etc)
Types of releases
   Minor releases are any revision with non-00 numerical component(-01,-02,A-01,B-03,etc)

   Major releases are any Alpha-00(A-00,B-00,C-00)
